Please take note of the following conditions:

A place in the workshop is only guaranteed after the receipt of the application form and the prepayment.
After the receipt of the application form you will receive an invoice via e-mail.

Cancellation policies:

* 4 weeks prior to the course 50% of the course fee
* 1 week prior to the course 80% of the course fee
* 100% after commencement of the course

In the case of a cancellation where a substitute replacement is provided by the participant, provided the replacement agrees to pay the equivalent course fee, a cancellation fee will not be charged.
BASI® Pilates Germany/ Austria/ Scandinavia reserves the right to cancel the workshop should the minimum number of participants not be reached or it becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond its control to present it.

Disclaimer

The participant understands and appreciates fully that there are risks involved when participate at the Workshop and that this is done entirely at his/her own risk. The participant hereby explicitly indemnifies BASI® Pilates Agency for Germany/ Austria/ Switzerland/ Scandinavia, the lecturer against any claim, action, judgment, costs and/or expenses which may arise out of any injury any damages to him/her. This shall also apply to travelling to or from the training/course venue. He/she explicitly states that he/she has an insurance cover which covers him/her against any liability which may arise from participating in the training course. Should this not be the case, the responsibility of any consequences arising from failing to do so rest with the participant.
